3rd party vpn Digibit openvpn

I’ve got an existing vpn Service called digibit that I would like use with my new red firewalla but hitting a bit of brick wall. I’ve tried to apply the profile file openvpn and get it won’t connect. I can’t see any options for log file to see why it won’t connect. If anyone can help it would make my day :)
