offline devices

Firewalla thinks 2 of my devices are offline, but they are not.  What to do?  Please help.

  Device activity detection depends on the type of device.  If the device is a PC/Phone, it should be fairly easy for Firewalla to find it.  (they reply to queries). 

  There are types of devices that likely runs on battery or need to be triggered physically, these types of devices do not wake up often and do not reply to queries often either.  This include things like the Apple Watch, Nest Alarms etc ...   It may take a few cycles to know they are active.

  What type of device are these?

  I have a phone and a wireless PC that are both showing offline. My wired devices are fine. I changed the wireless to 2.4GHz and it showed as "Online" but none of the restrictions worked. I can't get wireless devices to work at all with this thing...
