Which VPN modes does Firewalla Red currently support?
I am a little confused. If I purchase a new Firewalla Red, will I be able to use it as a site to site VPN client or server in addition connecting with mobile VPN clients from out in the internet? Or does the Red only do site to site VPN client (in addition to vpn server for mobile clients)?
I currently have a DD-WRT router at both sites, connected via OpenVPN (site to site). I am interested in (over time) replacing the openvpn tunnel components with Redwallas, starting with my main site's openVPN server. I currently use PPTP servers at both sites for connecting mobile clients out in the internet. I'd love to replace that (on both sides) with a Firewalla and switch my PPTP to OpenVPN for mobile clients.
Would I need a firewalla blue at my main site for the openvpn server to receive site to site OpenVPN connections?

Red can be a VPN server, it just can't be a server if you do site to site VPN. If you are doing site to site VPN, one of the boxes must be a Blue. (the other one can be a red).
See documentation below

The Red can be a VPN server, such you can VPN back to it and protect your data when you are at Starbucks ... (or waiting for take out at Starbucks ...).
The Red can't function as a site to site VPN server, it can only be a client there.
So, if you have Red + Red, you can't get a site to site VPN going. But if you have a Red + Blue, it will work.
