Network flows not loading more than 1hr of daya

Pulling up individual device, then clicking network flows it only shows less that 1hr of data. At the bottom there is a symbol like it's trying to load more because you're scrolling down but it never loads. Tried sliding the top graph between hour and day view but no difference. Am I doing something wrong?

  Also haveing this same problem using the android app.
