VPN Reset profile not resetting
Good afternoon!
I'm trying to reset my VPN profile, and on the application it says that it reset, but when downloading the OpenVPN profile, it keeps giving me the same file. I would think that the filename would have changed when I reset the profile. I tried resetting the Firewalla blue, force-stopping the app and deleting cache, to no effort.

Can you send an email to help@firewalla.com and include your support information? we need to take a look. Usually, the reset profile will create a new profile and key. The profile's certificates will be different. (check that first)

If you reset profile & password, Firewalla will generate a new VPN profile with the same profile name, different certificate and different password.
Can you help to make sure the content of the profile is not changed? If no, please send the remote support info to our support team: help@firewalla.com
