Google Ads not blocked by firewalla

Hi all,

 Previously, firewalla used to block all the google ads that come up on different websites that I browse. But recently I have noticed, they are not blocked anymore. How can I fix this.. ? Can someone point me some troubleshooting tips ? I am not sure where to start.. I did check the firewalla app on my mobile.
