Blue, DHCP mode, ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED when access ip of the router

our router is at 192.168.0.1, and Blue create a new 192.168.218.x subnet work.

I can ping and tracert the IP, but not access it using a browser.

Any ideas for this problem.
