Sites being blocked

Hey,
For a few sites, chrome is giving me

"Error accessing site
Request Denied
The explicit proxy request is forbidden."

If I go on 4G I can access the site...
In firewalla I'm outside times of rules and only feature enabled is monitoring..

Here are some sites that appear blocked...
Please advise how I can troubleshoot / allow

  This error has been plagueing me for months! I'm not sure why it's doing this for sites that are obviously not adult content. Odd things like a link to buy a pressure washer from Lowes Hardware Store is blocked. I'm getting rather fed up with the constant issues this box is causing.

  May I know the exact site that's blocked? and if you are using a third party DNS service?
