Router and Firewalla in the same subnet?
I installed my Firewalla Blue in DHCP mode and all my devices where assigned to the new 192.168.218.X address range. However I was wondering if it is possible to have the router also running within this address range. The reason: When I have the router in the old address range 192.168.1.X then it doesn't see the network devices. And usually the Fritzbox is able to show connection speed of WLAN devices etc.
I tried the following: I changed the router address (Fritzbox 6490 cable) to 192.168.218.200 (DHCP turned off). Now all devices from the Firewalla subnet where visible inside the Fritzbox. However Firewalla changed its DHCP IP range to something like 192.168.168.X. That was kind of strange and I was not able to change that.
Question: Is it currently possible to have both devices in the same IP range?

Good try. It won't work.
the reason we created 192.168.218.x address was to prevent it to be the same as your router's address. Think of the DHCP mode created another layer of networking, isolating all of your devices to somewhere that's secure. This particular isolation is also needed to create a place where IPS/IDS can be run without you putting another device inline.
