Hot box, no pair

I received my Blue a few days ago.  After plugging it in I was unable to pair it and the box became quite hot.  A flash of the sdcard resolved the issue.

  Jason, good to know.   Did you try to push out the SD card and push it back in?  curious if you tried it.

  I did not attempt to reseat the card first, no.
