Firewalla limiting to 1 switch?

Hi,

We have a shared office and each of this offices has its own switch in their room.

I want to use the Firewalla only in my office room.

Is this possible? Or does Firewalla automatically cares about all available devices in the whole network?

  Hi

  Firewalla is an IP layer device, so its scope can only be isolated by a router.  (or VLAN).  If in your case, you have one router and multiple switches connecting to that router, then firewalla will see all devices in the IP subnet.   

  So the best way is to get a router and attach that to your switch and firewall to that router.
