Issue With Tvio DVR After Install

Just installed my Firewalla. Everything but my Arris branded Tvio DVR is able to connect to the Internet. When I try to connect to the Tvio service it says that there is Internet problem and that issue should be fixed shorty.

When I check my devices within the Firewalla app, I see all my Tvio mini boxes but I don't see the Arris Tvio DVR which is the host to to the Tvio mini box.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
