Developer License

To quote your Indiegogo page... "If you really want to run our software on your own board, we do sell developer licenses."

How does one buy a developer license for the aarch64 boxes? Is the license portable meaning if I find new hardware can I move the license? Have you guys started a BYOD section in the forums for community support of exciting new hardware platforms?
