Firewalla issues after internet outage
We have fiber optic service. Last week, a landscaper cut our service line. When we realized the situation, I unplugged everything: ONT, router, and Firewalla. Firewalla (red, set up in simple mode) had worked perfectly prior to the outage.
Once service was restored, I plugged everything back in again (ONT, then router, then Firewalla). The problem is, Firewalla is causing the router to lose internet access every few minutes. The router doesn't reboot, but the WAN indicator light blinks and we lose internet access. Firewalla reboots (main power light flashes) and after a few minutes we regain internet access. This cycle keeps repeating. I tried rebooting the router with Firewalla on/connected, same problem.
The other issue is that the app cannot connect to Firewalla. The app just spins until it eventually gives the message that Firewalla is unreachable. I removed the registered device from the app and attempted to reinstall, but the app doesn't detect the Firewalla device on my network. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same problem. I can't get into the app to troubleshoot the device, open a ticket, or allow remote access.
Any ideas or recommendations?
Router: Verizon Quantum Gateway
Phone: Motorola G5 Plus, Android 7.0 (current Firewall app version installed)

@frank, when your line is cut, was the power also cut? Can you send help@firewalla.com with email that you registered with Firewalla? we can detect 'some what' the health of the unit remotely. We have one year warrantee on these units, so don't worry, we will get you up
