Blocking Device Internet Traffic

Hi,

I've just purchased the Firewalla Red and installed the App on my Pixel 2 running Android 8. The app seems to work fine, picks up nearly all the devices on the network (not all). The big problem though is we cannot block any internet traffic for any devices at all. Fuction simply does not work.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

  Hi Ian,

   

  Can you check the monitoring mode in the main screen?

  Main -> Monitoring

   

  Is it Simple mode, dhcp mode or disabled?

  Ok, thanks. I tried DHCP mode too and that wasn't any different either....
