VPN Service Restart required

I have the VPN service enabled and it works on both an Android and iPhone. I have static port forwarding enabled. However more times than not the client will timeout when I try to connect. The "fix" is to login to Firewalla , disable the VPN service and renable it. Upon doing do, the clients connect immediately and remain connected. No changes are made to the client for the fix.

This happens on stable and beta releases.
