Zeus is an old web server.  It can also be many other TCP based services.  Maybe even Xbox.  What hardware is the port 9090 on?

Thank you for coming back to me . It was my Fios router G1100 and the message came after scanning internal network and it was 9090/tcp open zeus-admin? I have Xbox at home it could be it I hope.

To be clear, is the 9090/tcp result from an external scan? (via the firewalla open port or firewalla external scan button?) if it is, then it is the FIOS router that's opening those ports. And likely be a management port from your ISP.

Thank you again! I called Fios customer service and I looked to all the open port on the router and I couldn’t find 9090/tcp port there which is very strange! Now I scan my network with nmap tool which is showing me another ports open including 9090 port as well but I couldn’t find this one in the router. Very odd. Note that  fIrewalla does't  show me any port open.

Firewalla scans will only tell you about the port that are open from the internet, not the port that you have inside.  Reason is, the inside ports are much more diverse, and what you want is no port or only known ports open from outside in.

Can I confirm that the 9090/tcp port you see is from Firewalla -> Open Ports button?

Great, it is a good sign.  If you are worried, keep a close watch on the alarms.   Or you can drill down to each device and play with them.
