Problem with starting wifi.

I have installed the firewalla hardware, and software.  When I first started the app, it asked for my email address, and after tried to reach wifi.  It keeps on failing to reach wifi, even though the wifi is fully functional.  Could you guys give me a hint?  How do I get it started?

  Reay, our app is no different than any other app you use, if it can not reach WIFI, than there may be an issue with the phone configuration.  If I understand differently, please post a screenshot so we are on the same page
