in the app the firewall earesd now I can't get it again 

the masseg said :

you are about to deregister this firewall device from your app . to reconnect the device, 

 

you will have physically power cycle the device .

 

how to solve it?

  Did you reset the box from the Gear->reset or long tap on the firewalla button on the first screen?  

  If you don't have firewalla button anymore, a better way is just power off firewalla and power it on.  After about 5 min from booting (maybe +/- 2min) turn on the app, you will be able to pair again for the first time.  This window is very short, <15 to 20 min from booting, so you must pair within this window.
