Scott, I assume power on / off didn't fix it.  Now let's look at if Firewalla is operational,

    1. look at the outside LED near ethernet.  It should be one green blinking.  If you get one green and one yellow, we got an issue.

    2. look inside the vents, and do you see lights blinking? or they are steady?  or off?

If (2) you have a steady light or no light after about 6 min since power on, then we have an issue inside.  In this case, a harder reset by flashing the image will be the best way.

I have a single link (green) one the Ethernet connector and blue lights that look to be flashing internally

The app on the phone shows nothing at all as far as charts or devices - and this was previously all populated.

Today even the monitoring section is unselectable? Yesterday I could at least go in to that section and it offered to let me turn it on or off, nothing would happen, but at least I could access the option?

the router sees it as connected and has a valid DHCP address

should I re-flash or is it something else?

Scott, if you can reflash it according to the instructions https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004796633-Flashing-Image

This image here has a more stable base image.

OK, second Sunday and second time the Firewalla is offline when I get up.

Went offline around 12 midnight again, the last time I thought maybe time change, but now I am getting a pattern of behavior out of it.

Offline, Green and yellow light flashing on NIC interface and no lights at ll within.

Unplug it and re-plug in power and NIC settles down and lights look good - lights inside but not on line.

Have to pull SD card and reinsert with power off and it eventually comes back up over an hour later???

    Something not good.

    Please advise - thank you

scott, hopefully, it is not a faulty unit. I will open a ticket and best way is for us to get inside and look at the logs.

    Hi

I have the exact same issue : the Firewalla is going off-line, no remote access.

Only way to resolve it is a power off/on.

As I travel a lot, this is a major problem for me: I cannot trust a device not reliable :(

    Any way to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hello,

So, last night I lost the internet and this morning it came back. But for some reason after the firewalla went off due to no internet, it didn't awaken when the internet came back. I got the steady yellow and green light. so i removed the card and followed the reflash procedure with the Etcher app, but I still get the steady yellow and green light. Can you please help me?Thank you

Were there any electrical problems?  Or just ISP is doing the ISP thingy?

Will open a case, we probably need your email so we can try to see if we get anything from cloud side.

Hi there! The internet was down last night not because of electrical issues but it was a provider problem. Thank you!
