    +1 on this issue this Sunday. Re-flashed the firmware to 6.6. It would've been nice to have been able to back up my device list. I spent some time correcting the strings of number/character combinations. Will wait to see how long the re-flash lasts before doing any more.

    Leo, most time there is no need to flash. Is there a particular reason for that?   And yes, we will work on backup/save the rules/polices that you have.

    In my case, my box was unresponsive. I tried to power-cycle a few times but it would not connect with the app. The lights inside were blinking and the green light on the nic was solid green. I re-flashed and it came back to life quickly.
