SQL injection

My wife's laptop has been flagged with an SQL injection.

Later on, a warning came up of a "victim" of SQL injection has been located out of state.

What action is deemed necessary ?

  And from your notification, it does look somehow the laptop is doing the injection.   (This may well be a false alarm, but you are seen a few of them, so likely something going on).   If there is no block button, then likely our software is not able to or have a bug not able to detect what to block.

  What I would recommend is install a good antivirus on the MAC, usually, these host-based security mechanisms have a small advantage than network-based ones (firewalla).  They may see things deeper.

  I have Norton Security installed and keep the virus definitions updated.

  Nothing suspicious showed on complete scans. 

  I will continue to monitor and update here.

  The virus definitions are usually static.  Firewalla's detection is more dynamic.    Keep a good watch is a good thing always.
