    Michael, the root cause is very likely the Firewalla box is not getting the traffic.   First double check and tap on the "Monitor" button and see if it is None / Simple or DHCP mode.   

    if it is none, then likely your system is not set up correctly, it should be either Simple or DHCP.

    If DHCP mode, then check if your device trying to block has acquired IP in the 192.168.218.x space, if not, it needs to reset or re-DHCP an address.

    If above is not helping, we will create a ticket

    Another theory I have is, likely the site you are visiting are ipv6 sites.  IPv6 is something we have in beta.  Try to block a device and have it visit https://firewalla.com

    Yes, on the newest model of Apple's MacBook Pro, once the computer's internet is off the site, https://firewalla.com just hangs.
