Well, i am not an official beta tester, hope it is ok to post in this section anyways, i have reported that i am willing to be a beta tester thu but haven't got an answer yet. I just got my Firewallas (3 nos, son and daughter will get one each) and sat one up with the IOS app, it seems to work as expected (online for like 1 h). Now i tried to setup the Android app aswell (same Firewalla) but the app (on Samsung Galaxy S8) never finds the device, is that due to the fact that it is already "connected" to the IOS app?
I also has a question about the "Direct Access" under "Advanced Settings", what does that do?
Uprade? Clicking "Upgrade" says, "Ugrading your device will take some time etc..." but a split second later it throws me back to the start page without any further notice, is that because there is no update to be recived?
