WAN Bridge Dropping and Devices Duplicating
I have set up a FIrewala Gold for a client in the UK. I am using a Pakedge RK1 ROuter with Dual WAN. 100Mbp FIbre + Starlink as Fallover. Firewalla is sat between the Router LAN and Main Network Switch, to capture all traffic.
The FIrewalla has been reporting that the WAN Bridge keeps going down, but via my OvrC monitoring device this doesn't seem to be the case. I have stopped Monitoring on the unit and the internet comes straight back up and seems to keep working.
I am also getting all devices duplicated on the FIrewalla, I went to the property on Friday and deleted all the Duplicated devices and restarted the Firewalla and that seemed to fix the issue, however over the weekend the client has text to say the internet keeps going down, so I have just had to reboot to gain access form the app and stop the monitoring again, I can also see that the Firewalla, is duplicating devices again.
Now I have used Quarantine all new devices the duplicates are now in that group. Most of then show as Unknown either say No IP Address or they have an IP address, but if I click on each one, their MAC address is or a device that is on the network and working.
I have 8 RUckus WiFi R350's they are all on line on the Firewalla with IP address and Green to say up and running, but some of the duplicated devices are the same Ruckus devices with same MAC address, but says Unknown and No IP Address.
The client has asked me to remove the unit form the network. The purpose was to block his Children form gaming all night and we have managed to stop that for a short period, but now just seems unusable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
