Questions About 200 Entry Limit on Target Lists

Was looking to import the AI blacklist ( https://github.com/laylavish/uBlockOrigin-HUGE-AI-Blocklist ) which greatly exceeds 200 targets.

I assume that the 200 target limit is there for performance limitations -- which would imply chunking the list up would be less than ideal?

The limitation aside, it would be nice to be able to dynamically pull the list in from a URL (and perhaps with some ability to discern what the relevant info is from say a hosts.txt, etc)
