First time set up with Firewalla Purple and Eero 6

Hello, I’m a first time user with Firewalla. One of the reasons I purchased a Firewalla Purple was for the increased parental security. I have installed the Firewalla Purple following instructions I have found here on the Firewalla site, together with some Reddit posts. My set up is currently as follows: Modem -> FWP -> eero 6 gateway I have switched the eeros to bridge mode. My ISP is Comcast. The FWP appears to be picking up the devices as it shows ~20 devices connected to the LAN connection. However my gateway eero has a red light and the devices connected do not have any internet access. Not sure if I’m missing some additional configuration. I was under the impression that it was pretty plug and play. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  Try reset your Eero, it is buggy when you switch to AP / Bridge mode. If still doesn't work, you can change it to router mode and if works, you should contact eero support.
