    Yes.

Create a rule to block internet access and then create allow rules for the traffic  you permit.  I do this on some of our lab machines. Always the best approach to have approve lists rather than block lists.

Bro that fact that they are running rammerhead browser shows that they know how to navigate advance GitHub pages that allow them to access things like rammer head, and it’s just YouTube bro,

And new rammer head links are always popping up, at least hundreds at a time, some blocked some not, I’m making some as well, let the children find out how to navigate things like this, also I just make the rammer head sites 4 myself

May be some tips here https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008214094-Activity-and-Parental-Control#h_01FH9TYN4VSNW8F5YHCX177MAN

Another good way is tap on devices->[kids device]->network flows and sort by bandwidth used, you probably can find the destination used by the browser and tap on that to block

Block RAMMERHEAD.ORG to make the initial setup difficult. In addition to Rammerhead, there are Interstellar, and Doge Network/Unblocker. There are hundreds of URLs like these operating in almost every category, and you can find them with a bit of research online.

I have been trying to collect Rammerhead proxy URLs but haven’t had time to work on it. TO BE CLEAR this is a real nothing list until I figure out a programmatic way to scan for them constantly. Happy to have help / URL submissions.

It’s not an easy problem to fix. As an example:
