No Longer Blocking YouTube

My Firewall Gold did a good job blocking Youtube.com 2 months ago, and now it doesn't. what's going on? Is anyone else seeing this?

  I see this with some news site.. the domain is blocked on a target list but I can still access the site while others on the same list remain blocked.  Have not yet analyzed the circumstances or variables

  most of the time the problem is related to VPN, DoH, private browsing
