Issue with WAN port / Thousands of errors per minute

    Before you power cycle the firewalla, did you power cycle the modem? If you didn't power cycle the modem, please let me know, I can create a ticket and have someone take a look at the logs.

    Yes, I should have been more specific. Per the ISP's tech lady, I pulled the power to the 'modem' until she saw it go 100% offline on their side. I then re-applied power.

    The firewalla was powered off with the front button first, then power was pulled for about 15 seconds and then it was plugged back in.

    Let me know if I can send you any logs?
