Time limit for Apps within a group of devices?

Hi everyone,

As a parent of two 8 years old boys in 2024 ... I am trying to control the amount of Youtube time.  I have right now a group of devices where I put all the Apple TV(s) from the house.  This is really useful for blocking internet, stopping Youtube manually ...

What I am looking for is a way for example to limit the amount of time on Youtube per day for this group of device.  Right now the process is targeting a specific user, but I want to avoid associating Apple TVs to a specific kid.  I just want to set a limit for this group of device no matter what the user is.  Is there a way to do this ?

  You can group the devices together and create a user named "common" user, then you can use that to limit
