Gold Plus, can port forward in phone app but not through my.firewalla

When I select device and port forward using the phone app it works no issue, but if I choose the same parameters within the my.firewalla, Create Rule > Allow > Local Port (Enter Port) > Target (Traffic from Internet) > Device, it will not open the port

  As I understand it, port forwarding and rules are separate things. Port forwarding opens the possibility for a connection to be forwarded, while rules actually allow the connection to happen.

  So using my.firewalla, how do you open ports? Can't seem to find the setting.

  my.firewalla does not support that function. you will have to use the mobile app

  FWIW, I only have one device I need to forward to, so I put it in the DMZ and use rules to open what I need, when I need.
