Anybody successful getting GoldSE to work on Quantum Fiber

I am at Vancouver, WA area. the mainstream is coming from Quantum Fiber using Zyxel C3510XZ router. it uses IPoE instead of PPPoE. I tried to use PPPoE on Firewalla with VLAN 201, my quantum username and password for login and turned IGMP on and turned IPv6 off (I tried it while it's on as well) and wasn't able to get Firewalla to get the WAN interface online. I am getting no IP what so ever from Zyxel and their support sucks. I had to wait for 3 days (2 and half hours waits on calls) and no go. 

any help is really appreciated

  Firewalla supports VLAN on WAN connection. Tried DHCP with VLAN tagging of 201?
