IPv6 on Roku issues with Apple TV+ and Prime Video
Firewalla Purple SE
I'm having issues with video streams loading when using Apple TV+ and Prime video on my Roku(s). Often I will have to start the steam several times before it will load, otherwise I just generic "not able to load" issues. I've narrowed it down to adblocking and IPv6, but that's as far as I have gotten. There are no relevant blocked flows showing up on the device, for either service. I have a few domains whitelisted for Amazon Prime video ads but it still doesn't show the pre-roll ads, and then the stream fails.
So far:
If I turn on emergency access for the device, no change
If I disable IPv6, everything works.
Ideally I'd like to keep IPv6 enabled on the LAN, but Roku doesn't let me disable it manually on device, so that doesn't seem to be an option.

This means the problem is 'not' at your firewall or even ad blocker. The issue is IPv6, and it is likely somewhat related to your ISP. Not sure how you can resolve this, have you tried rebooting roku?
