How do I get a bill so that customs can calculate VAT?

  Customs usually calculate that automatically via DHL/FedEx; They will bill you before delivery

  I also prefer DHL, you used USPS, which goes to Posti Finland and I have to "manually" declare the item.
  What I need from you is a detailed bill in PDF format into my email box

  PS:
  I think that you should have a warehouse in cheap former Eastern block EU country. Baltic? Poland?
