Configuring Plex Server on Firewalla Gold

Hello, I just installed the Firewalla Gold.  I have it set as router and my wireless mesh is now in Access Point.  All seems to be working, except my Plex Media Server.  It is housed on a QNAP.  right now, it is saying my server is unreachable (I also need to allow remote access). 

Any tips for getting this up and running?  It was working fine prior to installing Firewalla.

  Did you do the right port forward to setup the plex server? Check your old router, it may already have that setting that you can just do the same on the firewalla side

  Thanks  -  I did restart the NAS and added in the Port Forwarding - on the PLEX side all seems to look good now.  I was able to play a video on my laptop browser - however, the PLEX App on the Firestick no longer plays...I have another thread with Fandango at Home/VUDU not working either on the FireStick...so trying to troubleshoot it.  I have now turned off Adblock and Active Protect to try and help with it - but if I need to disable all the protection, I am wondering if there is a point to still have Firewalla on the network?

  You should not turn off active protect. This is the IPS side of security.

  Ad blocker is really optional, if you are watching content and the content people make money from ads, they sense you block them and stop service ... it is fairly normal, nothing around it;
