How to select devices to bypass VPN

My network recently crashed and I'm trying to figure out how I had it set up before so that devices like Amazon Fire stick bypass the VPN. Any help is appreciated

  You can go to the VPN client and just de-select the Firestick. Are you having an issue with this?

  Yes, because it only gives me the ability to “Apply To” ISP 1 - LAN 1 (my Gold box) and OPEN VPN.  Below those choices are all the devices on the network, but the all have empty circles beside them. There are 298 devices on our network and was hoping I didn’t have to apply VPN to all of them individually in order to exclude Amazon.
