Gold vs Gold Pro

I currently have a Gold used in router mode connected to 1gig service ( typically get about 700 to 800 mbps measured speed). I doubt we will ever have faster speed available at our location. Is there any benefit to upgrading to the Gold Pro with our current internet service?

  The 10Gbit speed of the Gold Pro can benefit a faster WAN, and also if you have a 10Gbit LAN. So if you never will be faster than 1Gbit and your LAN is always less than 1Gbit, there is no need to update.

  (Other factors may be, if you ever require gigabit wireguard, the gold pro can do that easily)
