Comcast Gateway & Firewalla Purple
Hello,
I have a Comcast for Business Gateway. I connected my FWP to the gateway and I have it in Router Mode. I disable all of the wifi signals from the gateway and using Linksys mesh system for wifi through a switch after the FWP so all devices are DHCP from the FWP. Internet and Intranet connections are all working perfectly. I setup a port forwarding of port 51820 to point to the IP assigned to the FWP.
I am having issues with the Wiregaurd VPN. The connection is not going through the gateway to my FWP.
Questions what am I missing? I am not an expert on this Comcast Cr@p...:)
- does the Gateway need to be in bridge mode?
- is there a port forwarding setting I am missing?

Can you tap on "VPN Server" then "WireGuard", then look at the port forwarding and see if it is detecting the forward?

The most common issue is either no public IP, or port forwarding to the wrong device.

I have set the Gateway to "Bridge mode" per Comcast recommendations (on their website) if i am using a different device as my router. I have FWP in router mode. The VPN WG section in the app says "complete". What rules am I missing??
I have rules:
Traffic from and to Internet for wireguard
Traffic from and to wireguard for all devices
Still not connecting into the box from a PC with the wireguard profile.
The Firewalla app is seeing the FWP ok, and my Linksys app is seeing the mesh devices. Speed tests show an internet is connected on site, just not remotely.
