    Not sensitive:

!) The OpenVPN and Wireguard VPN solutions allow 25 profiles but only allow 5 concurrent connections? Am I reading that right? Most clients do not use VPN but I have a couple who do and this question would be critical for them.

    2) can 30 day or no flow seats be added the the Business MSP at their respective pricing, according to the clients needs??

3)If I start with the professional plan, can I upgrade later to the business plan if needed?

I have a couple of Gold SE boxes coming and I think I can sort most other things out once I get them. Thanks

    1. OpenVPN has no profile limit because everyone shares the same profile. WireGuard VPN server is 25 profiles, and 100 profiles if you are on beta. (WireGuard VPN Sever profiles are not and can not be shared)

    2. the MSP business can add 30 day seats and no flow seats. (pretty flexible)

    3. There is no migration between the plans. They are on different servers (for example, the business plan infra is more redundant) To migrate, you will have to cancel one and subscribe to a new one.

To Clarify: Regarding the VPN, I can have more than 5 concurrent users attached on OpenVPN and Wireguard. 25 profiles is plenty. I just need to make sure there are no limits on the number of concurrent sessions.

    • 25 concurrent WireGuard (100 if you are on beta)

    • 5 running VPN / active VPN sessions to some where else (site 2 site or your own/third party) VPN service
