This is probably not feasible - Can Firewalla Gold SE examine (read) email headers and optionally discard selected sources/users?

I know there email filtering sites but they seem to be geared toward supporting many (100's or more) users. This is just for a small family. Thanks

  You need an email server for that. Firewalla is a firewall, which doesn't understand email
