DOH Router issues

Using Control D DNS server in the DOH services on a Gold+. Problem is it doesn't seem to be catching everything from all the devices on the Lan. Conceptually it must be, but on the Control D dashboard, the activity log doesn't show the majority of links I've clicked on. Anyone have any clues as to what is going on?
