IPVanish VPN Client Install

Hello...for the life of me I cannot get the IPVanish Config file to connect in Firewalla.  Followed the steps on the Firewalla website and still won't work.  Anything I may be overlooking?  Checked password, username both entered correctly.  Did the steps with pasting the CRT information in place of the ca ca line.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
