What happened to the old Internet block functionality?

I used to be able to just click Internet for a single device and block it for x amount of time. Now I am getting prompted for existing rules and to create a new rule? As a parent, the quick blocking function was fantastic.

  Hi Hans, thanks for the feedback. The new button is designed to provide you with a more accurate view of whether a target is currently blocked or not, and allow you to take action accordingly. We've received some suggestions that asking for the function to block a target when it's not currently blocked, the team is working on fixing the issue and we'll make it into the next app update.
