Can you reach your web server from outside? You will need to forward 80 to your server, this is used by letsencrypt.

I do not think you need to configure source nat or DMZ. (just a simple port forward)

Unfortunately no.  That may partly be due to the fact that I can't get the certificate, and bitwarden requires ssh.

I am also not a linux expert (MS Admin)  And I could be having an issue with UFW firewall on the server.  My rules did work on anther router though, so I don't think that is the issue.

I did create rules in firewalla for both 80 and 443

sorry, I don't have much experiences with bitwarden; but let's encrypt, port 80 is what you need to forward to make it work.

    Hello Brion,

Did you ever find a way to get it to work? I'm having a similar issue. I can port forward 80 and 443 on the old router, but doing so with a firewall is not possible. Port checker websites also reflect port 80 and 443 being blocked.

    Thank you
