Considering Trying Professional Sturggling to Understand Benefits

Hi apologies if this is really obvious but I'm really struggling with understanding what features professional provides vs free. The main driving issue which has made this peak my curosity is that i HATE having for all intents and purposes only a mobile app as a means of controlling and configuring my firewalla gold it really irritates and I have almost sold the device due to this deficiency and limitation given its high cost.

 

Is there somewhere on firewalla site or web assets that at least shows in real detail the benefits and what the MSP portal truly looks like? Is it just the my.firewalla.com interface but making it available out of the home network? This has all been very muddy and unclear to me as to what exactly this offering really really providees

  I think a few areas include: 

  1. Reports
  2. Mesh VPN (joining multiple sites together).
  3. Options to look at data for periods > 24 hours (no flows, 30 days, or 180 days)
  4. Being able to manage multiple devices (e.g. deploy rules and target lists across boxes.) 
  5. Dashboard (to see which boxes are up, how much memory and CPU they are using, etc. 
  6. At the Business tier, multiple admins.

  My 2.4.0 dashboard does not show information on CPU or memory usage. Where do you see those?
