Unable to enumerate USB device -- error

Setting up a new Firewall Gold and this error (-71) is showing on the monitor connected to the HDMI.  I am not able to add any rules as well.

  Were you able to pair it with your phone? If you were able to pair with it, you shouldn't need to worry about the error. Are you able to connect to the unit? is it only add rules fail?

  I was able to pair with my phone only saw error on monitor connected via hdmi. At the time of my post I was not able to save a rule but I have been able to save a rule. Thanks for the help
