Allowed domain still being blocked

I'm trying to troubleshoot issues with my xbox app on my PC and can see fp.msedge.net is being blocked by adblock. I want to allow that domain so tap on it and choose "allow" for "all devices" and even after 10+ minutes its still being blocked by "ad block" whenever I try to resolve that domain. any ideas?

  figured it out.. its rule logic. global (all devices) rules will not override ad block. needs to be done at the individual device level. this is documented on the allow rules page.
