Muted Alarms still alerting

I have an OpenVPN setup on my Firewalla Purple. Multiple folks connect to it from a few places around the country. I have tried muting the alerts for these connections both at the IP level and the Region (United States) level, but the alerts do not cease. Which means I have to deal with an alert each time someone uses the VPN. Am I missing something in the settings?

  What is the alarm you are trying to mute ? What does the alarm say?
