Porch Pirates take my latest Firewalla Gold?

I had a new Firewalla Gold shipped to one of my rental properties.  My tenants told me that they saw it, but it was gone when I went to pick it up.

What can I do disable it so no one can use the Firewalla Gold that I paid for..?
